Day 4 Serengeti (BLD)
Be ready for incredible game viewing today. When you look at different herds of animals you may think they all look alike, but if you study a group carefully, you can begin to discern the subtle differences. For example, lions are distinguished by tell-tale scars on their faces and no two zebra’s have the same pattern of stripes. Watch closely and you’ll enjoy learning the differences.

Your drive takes you into the Ngorongoro Conservation Area today, stopping first at Olduvai Gorge. While the gorge was initially discovered in the early 1900’s, it wasn’t until Louis and Mary Leakey’s 1959 discovery of “nutcracker man” that the gorge’s significant treasure was brought to light. Continue on to your lodge for a leisurely afternoon.
